Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Manager - SMB Outbound Sales (Remote - Western Region).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of 10-15 Account Executives in outbound cold calling
• Drive team performance to meet or exceed KPIs and revenue targets
• Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience managing inside sales teams in a high-volume environment
• Experience selling digital products to SMBs and using Salesforce CRM
• Proven success in a cold calling environment with a focus on quota achievement
• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of customer-facing experience with a HS Diploma or GED
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills with a data-driven mindset
