Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Manager, SMB.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Account Executives to drive new business and expansion revenue in the SMB segment
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to ensure consistent pipeline and revenue growth
  • Embed the IT solutions into the broader go-to-market strategy to enhance customer experience and win rates
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of first-line sales management experience leading high-performing teams
  • 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in B2B SaaS or IT solutions
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets as both an individual contributor and leader
  • Experience in selling multi-product IT solutions is a strong plus
  • Strong background in pipeline generation, deal inspection, and forecasting
