Job Summary

Leading a team of Inside Sales Representatives, the full-time Sales Manager - SMB will drive outbound sales efforts to promote Yelp's advertising solutions to small businesses, operating remotely while residing in the East or Midwest regions of the U.S.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and support a team of 10-15 Account Executives in high-volume outbound cold calling
  • Analyze team performance metrics and implement strategies to improve conversion rates and exceed revenue targets
  • Facilitate effective team meetings, sales trainings, and performance check-ins to drive engagement and results
Required qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience managing inside sales teams in a high-volume, outbound sales environment
  • Proven success in selling digital products to SMBs and familiarity with Salesforce CRM
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills with a commitment to developing team members
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics for actionable improvements
  • Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of customer-facing experience with a HS Diploma or GED
