Job Summary

Leading a team of Inside Sales Representatives, the full-time Sales Manager - SMB will drive high-volume outbound cold calling efforts to sell advertising solutions to small local businesses, while working remotely from the East or Midwest regions of the United States.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and support a team of 10-15 Account Executives to meet or exceed sales goals
  • Analyze team performance metrics and implement strategies to improve conversion rates
  • Facilitate effective team meetings, sales trainings, and performance check-ins
Required qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience managing inside sales teams in a high-volume outbound environment
  • Proficient in selling digital products to SMBs and using Salesforce CRM
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills with a commitment to developing others
  • Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of customer-facing experience with a HS Diploma or GED
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics
