Job Summary
Leading a team of Inside Sales Representatives, the full-time Sales Manager - SMB will drive outbound sales efforts to small local businesses remotely, focusing on coaching, performance metrics, and achieving sales goals.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and coach a team of 10-15 Account Executives in a high-volume outbound cold calling environment
- Analyze team performance metrics to implement strategies that improve conversion rates and exceed revenue targets
- Facilitate team meetings, sales trainings, and performance check-ins to foster a collaborative and high-performance culture
Required qualifications
- 1+ years of experience managing inside sales teams in a high-volume outbound sales environment
- Proven success in selling digital products to SMBs and utilizing Salesforce CRM
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills with a commitment to developing team members
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics for actionable improvements
- Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of customer-facing experience with a HS Diploma or GED
