Job Summary
Leading a team of Inside Sales Representatives, the full-time Sales Manager - SMB will drive high-volume outbound sales efforts for Yelp's advertising solutions, supporting team development and exceeding sales goals in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and support a team of 10-15 Account Executives in outbound cold calling
- Drive daily outbound activity to ensure team members meet or exceed KPIs
- Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to improve conversion rates and revenue targets
Required qualifications
- 1+ years of experience managing inside sales teams in a high-volume outbound environment
- Experience selling digital products to SMBs and proficiency in Salesforce CRM
- Proven success in cold calling with a focus on high activity and quota achievement
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills with a commitment to team development
- Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of customer-facing experience with a HS Diploma or GED
