Job Summary

Leading a team of 10-15 Inside Sales Representatives, the full-time remote Sales Manager - SMB will drive high-volume outbound cold calling efforts to sell Yelp's advertising solutions to small local businesses while coaching and developing the team to exceed sales goals.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and support a team in a high-volume outbound cold calling environment
  • Drive daily outbound activity and ensure team members meet or exceed KPIs
  • Analyze team performance metrics and implement strategies to improve conversion rates
Required qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience managing inside sales teams in a high-volume outbound sales environment
  • Experience selling digital products to SMBs and using Salesforce CRM
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills with a focus on team development
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics
  • Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of customer-facing experience with a HS Diploma or GED
