Job Summary
Leading a team of Inside Sales Representatives, the full-time Sales Manager - SMB will coach and develop sales talent in a remote environment, driving high-volume outbound cold calling to sell Yelp's advertising solutions to small local businesses across the U.S.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and support a team of 10-15 Account Executives in outbound sales activities
- Analyze team performance metrics to implement strategies that improve conversion rates and meet revenue targets
- Facilitate team meetings and training sessions to enhance engagement and sales skills
Required qualifications
- 1+ years of experience managing inside sales teams in a high-volume outbound environment
- Experience selling digital products to small and medium-sized businesses and using Salesforce CRM
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills with a focus on team development
- Data-driven mindset for analyzing performance metrics and implementing improvements
- Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of customer-facing experience with a high school diploma or GED
