Sales Manager - SMB

Job Summary

Leading a team of Inside Sales Representatives, the full-time Sales Manager - SMB will drive outbound sales efforts for Yelp's advertising solutions, providing hands-on coaching and support in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support a team of 10-15 Account Executives in high-volume outbound cold calling
• Analyze team performance metrics and implement strategies to improve conversion rates and exceed revenue targets
• Facilitate effective team meetings, sales trainings, and performance check-ins to enhance engagement and results

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of experience managing inside sales teams in a high-volume outbound environment
• Experience selling digital products to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) and using Salesforce CRM
• Proven success in leading teams focused on cold calling and quota achievement
• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of customer-facing experience with a high school diploma or GED
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills with a commitment to developing others
