Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Manager, SMB Account Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire, coach, and develop a team of junior Account Managers focused on transactional SMB accounts
  • Lead a team in high-volume outbound calling to drive revenue growth and identify expansion opportunities
  • Foster a growth-minded culture through continuous learning and collaboration with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience managing an Account Management or inside sales team in a high-volume environment
  • Proven success in developing and coaching junior talent
  • Strong performance management experience with a focus on motivating teams to exceed targets
  • Sales-driven mindset with a track record of delivering on revenue, retention, and expansion goals
  • Proficiency with Salesforce; experience with Gong or similar tools is a plus
