Job Summary
Leading a team of Inside Sales Representatives, the full-time Sales Manager - SMB Outbound will drive high-volume outbound sales efforts, coaching team members to exceed performance goals while working remotely from the East or Midwest regions of the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and coach a team of 10-15 Account Executives in outbound cold calling to sell Yelp's advertising solutions
- Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to improve conversion rates and achieve monthly revenue targets
- Facilitate team meetings, training sessions, and performance check-ins to foster a collaborative and high-performance culture
Required qualifications
- 1+ years of experience managing inside sales teams in a high-volume outbound sales environment
- Proficient in selling digital products to SMBs and experienced with Salesforce CRM
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills with a commitment to team development
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and improve performance metrics
- Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of customer-facing experience with a HS Diploma or GED
