Job Summary

Leading a team of full-cycle Account Executives, the full-time Sales Manager, SME & Growth will focus on acquiring and closing customers within SMB segments while driving revenue, pipeline health, and deal quality in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach, and develop Account Executives to ensure consistent revenue delivery and closing excellence
  • Collaborate with outbound sales and cross-functional leaders to refine ideal customer profiles and evaluate new SMB verticals
  • Implement best practices for pipeline management, deal qualification, and forecasting accuracy
Required qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, including 2 years in a management or coaching role
  • Proven track record of closing deals and managing complex SMB sales pipelines
  • Strong commercial judgment with experience in prioritizing leads and assessing deal quality
  • Experience coaching Account Executives on negotiation and pipeline management
  • Excellent communication skills with a persuasive and credible approach in negotiations
