Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Sales - Med.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Corporate and Enterprise Account Managers to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Own forecasting, pipeline management, and regional revenue performance aligned with business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and regional partners to drive the adoption of automation technologies


Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales with a strong track record of closing complex B2B deals
  • 3+ years of experience in team leadership or people management in the region
  • Fluent in Spanish/Portuguese and strong business-level English skills
  • Sales Process Expertise such as MEDDIC or MEDPICC and Value Selling
  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales processes and ability to navigate complex B2B environments
