Job Summary
To drive sales growth in the food ingredient sector, the remote full-time Sales Manager, Sweet Protein will execute business strategies, build customer relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and profit targets.
Key responsibilities
- Execute the business strategy and annual plan to achieve sales and profit budgets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners through proactive communication and visits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and business development efforts in North/South America
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above with 5-6 years of relevant B2B sales or business development experience in the food ingredients industry
- Proven experience in key account management and channel development
- Strong market knowledge and insight for the Food & Beverage/Ingredients space
- Ability to work independently with excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Bilingual in Mandarin preferred
