Job Summary

To drive sales and business development efforts in the food ingredient line, the remote Sr. Sales Manager for Sweet Protein will execute business strategies, build customer relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve annual sales and profit budgets.

Key responsibilities
  • Execute the business strategy and annual plan to achieve sales and profit targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners through proactive communication
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize product development based on market insights and customer needs
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or above with 5-6 years of relevant B2B sales or business development experience in the food ingredients or beverage industry
  • Proven experience in key account management and channel development
  • Strong understanding of market trends and customer psychology in the Food & Beverage sector
  • Ability to work independently with a high level of autonomy
  • Bilingual in Mandarin preferred
