Job Summary
Focused on driving sales and business development, the remote full-time Sales Manager for Sweet Protein will execute business strategies, build customer relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and profit goals.
Key responsibilities
- Execute the business strategy and annual plan, organizing resources to meet sales and profit budgets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers and partners through proactive communication and visits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales efforts and generate market insights for new product launches
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above with 5-6 years of relevant B2B sales or business development experience in the food ingredients or beverage industry
- Proven experience in key account management and channel development with strong negotiation skills
- Ability to build relationships with professionals at all organizational levels and understand customer psychology
- Market knowledge and insight for the Food & Beverage/Ingredients space
- Bilingual in Mandarin is preferred
