Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Manager, Transactional Practices to lead an overlay sales team focused on channel revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve new sales quotas and drive online revenue growth by collaborating with Client Management associates
  • Ensure territories are fully staffed and participate in recruitment efforts for assigned areas
  • Provide performance coaching and training to Senior Sales Executives to meet and exceed sales quotas
Required Qualifications
  • Four-year degree or equivalent experience; MBA and/or JD preferred
  • 5-7 years of successful sales experience in the Business to Business marketplace
  • Background in legal services or experience selling to transactional practice groups
  • Sales management experience, preferably in the legal market or legal technology sector
  • Experience with coaching sales processes and professional development
