Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Manager, Transactional Practices to lead an overlay sales team focused on channel revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve new sales quotas and drive online revenue growth by collaborating with Client Management associates
- Ensure territories are fully staffed and participate in recruitment efforts for assigned areas
- Provide performance coaching and training to Senior Sales Executives to meet and exceed sales quotas
Required Qualifications
- Four-year degree or equivalent experience; MBA and/or JD preferred
- 5-7 years of successful sales experience in the Business to Business marketplace
- Background in legal services or experience selling to transactional practice groups
- Sales management experience, preferably in the legal market or legal technology sector
- Experience with coaching sales processes and professional development
