Job Summary
Leading a high-performing sales team, the full-time Sales Manager, US & Canada will drive new customer acquisition, manage strategic accounts, and collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales team focused on the US and Canada markets
- Own and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts while driving new customer acquisition
- Maintain pipeline discipline and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or revenue leadership roles
- Proven track record of managing a sales team and closing strategic accounts
- Strong history of driving new business and closing high-value deals
- Ability to coach team members on sales techniques and pipeline management
- Experience building sales processes and operating rhythms in a scaling business
