Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Sales Marketing to drive marketing initiatives for its sales organization in North America.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and collaborate on sales marketing initiatives for the US and Canada sales organization
• Oversee sales marketing campaigns, including strategy development and impact measurement
• Manage and coach the sales marketing manager and support integrated sales campaigns

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, or a related field
• 8-10+ years of marketing experience
• Experience with Salesforce CRM, Pardot, and SalesLoft
• Strong understanding of the sales process and buyer's journey
• Knowledge of marketing project management processes
