Sales & Marketing Manager

Job Summary

Leading the commercial strategy for an OEM in the petrochemical market, the full-time Sales & Marketing Manager will drive revenue growth, manage key customer relationships, and oversee sales, marketing, and business development initiatives while working onsite in Erie, PA.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies aligned with business growth objectives
• Manage strategic customer relationships and oversee forecasting, CRM, and major bids
• Direct marketing initiatives including branding, digital marketing, and lead generation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 10+ years of commercial leadership experience in industrial OEM or related markets
• Proven success selling into petrochemical, refining, or industrial sectors
• Experience leading technical, project-based sales with long sales cycles
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems and pricing strategy
