- Lead practice sessions, role plays, and certifications for effective application of the methodology
- Coach managers and team leads to reinforce the methodology in their interactions
Required Qualifications
- Deep experience in facilitating sales training or workshops for sales teams
- Strong coaching skills with a focus on actionable feedback
- Familiarity with GTM tools like SFDC/CRM and Gong
- Background in sales or GTM roles for credibility with sellers and managers
- Experience collaborating with enablement program owners and stakeholders
