Job Summary

To support the Sales Enablement Team, the remote Sales Methodology Trainer will design and deliver impactful training programs that enhance customer engagement and improve sales outcomes in complex solution environments.

Key responsibilities:
  • Design and facilitate training programs across core sales methodologies, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and real-world scenarios
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership and cross-functional teams to embed methodologies into performance metrics and frontline routines
  • Gather feedback to continuously refine training content and ensure it drives measurable behavior change and sales success
Required qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B sales, sales enablement, or commercial excellence, preferably in industrial or technology sectors
  • Proven track record in selling or enabling complex, multi-product solutions
  • Deep expertise in modern sales methodologies such as Challenger, Value Selling, and Solution Selling
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills with experience delivering training to diverse audiences
  • Demonstrated success in collaborating across cross-functional teams and understanding customer value drivers in industrial environments
