Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Sales Onboarding Delivery to lead and enhance onboarding experiences for its global sales organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a global team of Sales Trainers, ensuring high standards in sales credibility and facilitation
  • Establish and enforce global onboarding delivery standards for consistent, high-quality experiences
  • Embed AI-native tools into onboarding processes and continuously improve delivery quality using feedback and performance data
Required Qualifications
  • 8-12+ years in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, or Enterprise SaaS sales with direct people leadership experience
  • Proven success in leading and developing teams in a performance-driven environment
  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles and methodologies such as MEDDICC/MEDDPICC and Challenger
  • Experience in leading teams through AI adoption and behavior change
  • Familiarity with modern enablement and sales systems like CRM platforms and LMS tools
