Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement training programs to enhance the expertise of new DX Account Executives
• Collaborate with sales leadership to create a comprehensive onboarding experience
• Monitor and provide feedback on the onboarding process to ensure new hires are effectively ramped up

• Experience in assessing sales learning needs and developing relevant content
• Proven ability to collaborate and influence across all organizational levels
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required
