Key Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the GPS Sales Onboarding program for new hires across various verticals
- Manage training assignments and compliance reporting for GPS new hires
- Drive strategic program development and expansion to new roles and geographies
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in sales, enablement, program management, or instructional design in a B2B enterprise technology environment
- Proven ability to design and execute impactful adult learning programs
- Strong program management skills to manage multiple cohorts and stakeholders
- Experience using data analytics tools like Tableau for program improvements
- Familiarity with LMS training platforms and compliance reporting preferred
