Key Responsibilities
  • Own and evolve the GPS Sales Onboarding program for new hires across various verticals

Required Qualifications
  • 5-8 years of experience in sales, enablement, program management, or instructional design in a B2B enterprise technology environment
  • Proven ability to design and execute impactful adult learning programs
  • Strong program management skills to manage multiple cohorts and stakeholders
  • Experience using data analytics tools like Tableau for program improvements
  • Familiarity with LMS training platforms and compliance reporting preferred
