Job Summary

To enhance the onboarding experience for new revenue hires, the full-time remote GTM/Sales Onboarding Program Manager will conduct engaging training sessions, implement diverse teaching methods, and continuously evaluate and improve the onboarding program.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct engaging and interactive onboarding sessions for new sales hires
  • Implement various teaching methods to enhance learning effectiveness and ensure a positive onboarding experience
  • Regularly evaluate the onboarding program's effectiveness and identify areas for continuous improvement
Required qualifications
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end onboarding programs for sales teams in a high-growth B2B SaaS organization
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Solid knowledge of corporate training techniques and learning theories
  • Ability to build relationships and promote a team-focused work environment
