Job Summary
Providing essential support to the Sales Department, the full-time remote Sales Operations Administrator will handle customer inquiries via email and phone, process sales agreements, perform Salesforce data entry, and assist with various administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Provide customer service to potential clients and current customers through inbound calls and emails
- Process new service agreements and perform Salesforce data entry
- Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets while assisting with miscellaneous sales rep requests
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least two years of experience in sales support, administrative, or a related position
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and Salesforce
- Typing speed of 45 WPM
- Experience with Sedona and Manitou is a plus
