Job Summary

Supporting the Organic Growth Team, the full-time remote Sales Operations Administrator will manage administrative tasks for Sales Leadership, coordinate communications, and assist with reporting and presentations to drive operational excellence across the organization.

Key responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating daily activities for Sales Leadership
  • Prepare agendas, organize logistics, and track action items for internal meetings while managing follow-up communications
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of sales reports, dashboards, and leadership updates to support decision-making
Required qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, executive support, or administrative coordination
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms preferred
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred
