Job Summary

To enhance sales efficiency, the full-time Sales Operations Administrator will manage inbound lead and demo distribution using Salesforce and ChiliPiper, ensuring equitable opportunities for Sales Development Representatives and Account Executives while working remotely from LATAM.

Key responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end inbound lead and meeting routing in Salesforce and ChiliPiper, maintaining fair distribution for AEs and SDRs
  • Define and enforce lifecycle definitions and SLAs across lead stages, ensuring data consistency and reportability
  • Build and maintain sales performance dashboards in Salesforce to monitor routing health and conversion rates
Required qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in Sales Ops, SDR Ops, or RevOps supporting AE/SDR teams
  • Fundamental knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM, including reports and dashboards
  • Practical experience or strong aptitude with ChiliPiper for managing calendars and routing logic
  • Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets, including pivot tables and data analysis
  • Basic SQL knowledge for data validation and lookups
