Job Summary

A company is looking for an Alliance Partner Sales Operations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Support contract review and business terms for Technology Partner Managers to enhance customer relationships
• Maintain and audit partner activity in Salesforce CRM, ensuring data accuracy and compliance
• Track financial metrics and manage invoicing for License, Subscription, and Maintenance revenue streams

Required Qualifications

• Understanding of the partner ecosystem in a high technology company
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI and data-driven insights for innovation and productivity
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
• Proven project management skills in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
