Sales Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to provide administrative and operational support to enhance sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to the Sales Operations team
• Maintain and update Salesforce records and assist in preparing sales forecasts
• Compile and distribute sales reports and support the creation of dashboards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• At least 3 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a related support role
• Experience with Salesforce and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Basic understanding of reporting tools and familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint
• Analytical mindset with an understanding of sales performance metrics
