Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst (remote, US).

Key Responsibilities:

Provide internal administrative support for Enterprise CRM (Salesforce)
Conduct daily administration and auditing of the Salesforce platform
Support initiatives for improving sales processes, reporting, and data quality

Qualifications:

BA/BS in business related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum of 1-2 years of related experience working with data and/or supporting customers
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite / Microsoft 365
Strong understanding of data organization and statistical interpretation of data
Knowledge of the CRO industry strongly desired
