Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create sales and revenue forecasts, provide guidance to sales teams, and optimize sales processes
  • Lead Salesforce.com analytics, gather and organize data for customer insights, and design new processes
  • Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and make recommendations to improve business results

Required Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com and/or Salesforce.com administration certification preferred
  • Experience working in inside sales organizations, preferably in SMB or high-transactional sales
  • Experience with critical sales business systems like Hubspot, Atlassian (Jira), BI tools, and CPQ
  • Ability to manage large data sets and use data in Excel effectively
  • Knowledge of existing sales practices and methodologies, experience in convenience retail, petroleum, CPG, or similar industry preferred
