Report on results, forecasts, and trends with insights and analysis
Develop KPI reporting and key business insights
Support compensation design and partner with cross-functional teams on business initiatives

Required Qualifications:

BA/BS or equivalent experience
Minimum four years of related experience
Experience across Sales Operations, Business Operations, Consulting, or Finance
Background in SaaS or recurring customer subscription model company
Experience using Salesforce, Power BI, & Microsoft Applications
