Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and report on sales incentives, commissions, and quotas
- Track and ensure the accuracy of sales compensation data
- Build reports and dashboards in Salesforce and collaborate across teams to support sales operations
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years in sales operations or compensation roles
- 2+ years as a Salesforce power user
- Strong experience with SQL and advanced Excel/Google Sheets
- Expertise in sales compensation principles and reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, or related field
