Sales Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst, Sales Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Sales Operations team to grow specialty sales through outreach to prescribers
• Evaluate data trends related to sales activities and adjust tactics accordingly
• Document all sales call planning and activity in a CRM database

Required Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a customer service role
• 1+ year of experience with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Verifiable High School diploma or GED
• 1+ year of experience in a sales or marketing role is preferred
• Experience with CRM systems is preferred
