Sales Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to support sales processes and systems in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain sales reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve sales operations
• Ensure consistent and accurate data entry across Salesforce and related tools

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a related role, preferably within a SaaS environment
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and familiarity with enterprise SaaS tools
• Demonstrated proficiency with Excel and/or Google Sheets, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
