Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst - Shockwave - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze complex data, generate conclusions, and communicate recommendations to stakeholders
Execute commercial operations initiatives including compensation, quota, and business planning
Support sales and finance teams by organizing data to drive informed decisions and improve operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field; MBA is a plus
5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Finance, or a related analytical function
Experience with reporting/visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau
Familiarity with data analysis using Python, R, or SQL is a plus
Experience in the medical device or life sciences industry is preferred
