Sales Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Create contracts, EFLs, and vendor IDs while ensuring compliance with SLAs
• Manage customer data and troubleshoot issues related to accounts and sales processes
• Conduct analysis and develop documentation for training and process improvements

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 1 to 2+ years of experience in a support role related to sales or problem-solving
• Strong analytical and technical aptitude
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Knowledge of the deregulated utility industry is helpful
