Sales Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join their Revenue Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a Business Partner to sales leadership on all aspects of their business
• Design, deploy, and maintain AI agents to enhance the sales process
• Own the forecasting process and create advanced dashboards for predictive insights

Required Qualifications

• 2-7 years of experience in Sales/Revenue Operations or a technical Finance role
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, Prompt Engineering, or AI Agents for business automation
• Ability to identify manual gaps in sales processes and engineer technical solutions
• Experience with Salesforce, Clari, SQL, and other relevant technologies
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment balancing planned improvements with ad-hoc requests
