Sales Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to drive operational excellence across the sales organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day sales operational workflows and maintain CRM data integrity
• Support deal creation, pipeline management, and reporting processes
• Develop and maintain sales process documentation and training materials

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field preferred
• 3-6+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations
• Strong experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
• Experience in creating process documentation and internal training materials
• Highly analytical with a focus on data quality and accuracy
