Sales Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to support its Enterprise partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the indirect rebate program for North America and Latin America, ensuring timely and accurate completion
• Build and manage rebate offer letters in Salesforce and track acceptance and claims
• Provide onboarding and operational support to partners while performing forecast accuracy analysis

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Customer Service in an operations capacity
• Strong Excel skills and experience with Salesforce and Business Intelligence tools like PowerBI
• Ability to integrate AI tools to improve operational efficiency
• Experience in the Enterprise space, preferably within a leading high-tech company
