Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to optimize revenue lifecycle and go-to-market workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Audit "Closed Won" deals for accuracy and ensure seamless handoffs to Onboarding and Customer Success
  • Build and maintain HubSpot workflows to enhance the transition from Sales to Onboarding
  • Monitor deal velocity and compliance while driving data hygiene across teams
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar data-centric role
  • High proficiency in HubSpot, including Workflows and Deal Stage automation
  • Expertise in Excel and CRM reporting for trend visualization
  • Experience managing the Sales-to-Onboarding hand-off process in a B2B environment
  • Background in SaaS and experience with high-volume processes is a plus
