Sales Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to ensure data integrity and support the Revenue organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage case management and Closed-Won-Pending processes to ensure data accuracy
• Provide cross-functional support and create materials for the Revenue team
• Analyze data and create reports and dashboards using Salesforce, Excel, and Google Sheets

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a Sales or Revenue Operations role
• Proficiency with Salesforce Lightning and experience creating reports and dashboards
• Highly proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets
• Experience with Data Loader for Salesforce record management
• Experience with revenue tools such as ZoomInfo, Outreach, and Gong is valued
