Sales Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to support sales and marketing operations during a summer internship.

Key Responsibilities

• Support sales agent onboarding to ensure partners are ready to generate revenue
• Manage the sales quality assurance queue and complete assignments following SOPs
• Process issue tickets and monitor KPIs to drive efficiency and meet performance goals

Required Qualifications

• Experience in a ticket system environment preferred
• Experience working with standard operating procedures (SOPs) preferred
• Proven track record of achieving goals and taking initiative
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google's G Suite preferred
