Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to manage revenue lifecycle and go-to-market workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Audit "Closed Won" deals to ensure accuracy and trigger automated handoffs to Onboarding and Customer Success
  • Build and maintain HubSpot workflows to optimize the transition from Sales to Onboarding
  • Track deal velocity and ensure compliance with required checks and balances before deal progression
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar data-centric role
  • High proficiency in HubSpot, including Workflows, Custom Objects, and Deal Stage automation
  • Expertise in Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP) and CRM reporting
  • Proven experience managing the Sales-to-Onboarding hand-off process within a B2B environment
