Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operations and Resource Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure prompt and optimal staffing using Certinia PSA
• Collaborate with various teams to understand resourcing demand and manage resource forecasting
• Continuously refine operational processes and support the development of the Customer Success strategy

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Resource Management or Professional Services role
• Understanding of tactical and strategic Resource Management processes
• Experience with Certinia or similar modern PSA tools
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
• Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve reporting and workflows
