Sales Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a GPU Sales Operations Analyst to support their AI/HPC Hardware Sales and Business Development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and process commercial documents, maintain CRM hygiene, and support supply sourcing
• Handle export compliance and shipping logistics, ensuring accurate documentation and timely shipments
• Analyze sales data and produce reports to support business development and strategy

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in sales operations, trade operations, logistics, or an administrative role in a technology or hardware environment
• Familiarity with U.S. export regulations and international shipping documentation
• Proficiency with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot, and experience in data management
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
