Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Calculate and track incentives for SDRs and AEs, ensuring alignment with compensation plans
- Own outbound performance reporting and deliver insights with trend analysis for leadership
- Monitor email deliverability and domain health, resolving issues proactively
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations in a SaaS environment
- Hands-on experience with incentive calculations and reconciliation using Excel or Google Sheets
- Proficiency in building dashboards using HubSpot and advanced spreadsheet skills
- Working knowledge of email authentication and deliverability monitoring tools
- Experience with outbound GTM tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, or equivalent platforms
