Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to support global renewal sales efforts through data-driven insights and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide actionable insights into business drivers and financial performance through regular reporting and analysis
  • Assist with annual sales planning, including quota setting and compensation plan design
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine ongoing planning processes and ensure forecast accuracy
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales or Renewal Operations within a software/SaaS organization
  • Expert proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience supporting executive leadership and managing multiple priorities in a collaborative environment
